Shipping Info: All items are shipped from the Netherlands by the band (Bismut, that is). We're not professional musicians, so please allow some extra slack days for us to get our affairs in order before going all the way to the post office (about 3 days).

Once we've reached the post office, or twice, depending on whether or not we brought the right products and remembered to write down the correct address, we will ship the items using the PostNL service. Their shipping estimates are here: www.postnl.nl/klantenservice/vragen/status-en-bezorging-pakket/bezorgduur-pakket.html. If you can't read Dutch, please ask us in advance if you want to be sure. We can provide more details once you give us a country and what you want to order.

A rough estimate including our own tardiness would be:
- Within the Netherlands: 1 week
- Within Europe: 2 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks

If we can, we will provide you with a track & trace code once your order ships, but we can't guarantee this for all countries and orders.
Return Policy: If you don't like it, send it back! We don't mind selling it again!
